Smith began is culinary Journey at a young age at his family-owned restaurant called "On Broadway". 

He fell in love with the culinary art 's and hasn't looked back since. 

From Fine Dinning to High End Resorts and Even the Upscale Whole Foods Market. Smith has cooked his way around the world.  Our Staff combines Decades of Culinary Experience and Knowledge. We LOVE to cook and even more so.... We LOVE to cook for you.
